We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If you believe you qualify for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered to be eligible for review.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
