Refund policy
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
If you believe you qualify for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
- Items must not be worn, washed, or altered to be eligible for review.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
